COME GET A SNEAK PEAK OF THE NEW DUKE ENDOWMENT BUILDING!

Construction of The Duke Endowment’s new corporate headquarters facility is currently underway located on East Morehead Street in Midtown Charlotte. The private Foundation, started by James B. Duke (who also started the forerunner of Duke Energy), has total assets of $2.8 billion and is one of the largest Foundations in the nation benefitting hospitals, universities, child welfare and Methodist churches.

The project scope includes a 40,500-square-foot, three-story, state-of-the-art office headquarters and conferencing facility. Additional features include a two level underground parking structure that will accommodate 155 cars, as well as a significant water feature and green space/courtyard area.

PARKING INFORMATION: There is no parking on site, so you will need to look for public parking near the site. If possible, please carpool due to limited public parking in that area.

REMINDER: This is an active construction site. Hard hats, safety vests, safety glasses and closed toed shoes are required on site. Hard hats, vests, and glasses will be available to you.

Cancellations made 72-hours prior to the event will receive a refund. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.
