It's no secret that the effects of the recent recession have been felt here in Charlotte.  However, we weren't hit as hard as most cities, and we're fast on the road to recovery.  Come meet five individuals who have worked tirelessly to pull the Charlotte area out of the recession and stimulate business in our area.

 Together we'll take a look at the economic health of the Charlotte area and surrounding counties.  Representatives from Cabarrus, Gaston, the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, Rowan and York (SC) counties will all speak on our panel.  During our discussion, we'll review the economic health of each of these counties, the major project announcements of the last year, what the future holds for the region, and helpful hints on getting connected in these counties.  We will also conduct a moderated question and answer section after the conclusion of each panelist's presentation.

Our luncheon will be held at the Charlotte City Club from 11:30 to 1:30.  Please allow yourself plenty of time to get from the parking deck to the 31^st floor of the building.  Lunch will be a buffet and will begin promptly at 12:00 PM.  Parking and venue information is listed below.

*Please bring your parking deck ticket up to the Charlotte City Club for validation.*
If you use google maps, enter 116 West 4^th Street as your destination.  The entry to the deck is directly behind the First Citizens Building along 4^th Street.  If you are traveling along 4^th, after crossing over Tryon Street, continue half a block and directly behind the First Citizens Building, take a right into alleyway under overhead walkway. There is a large black sign indicating 121 West Trade and City Club Parking. Follow the signs into the parking deck and park in a Charlotte City Club parking space. After parking, take the elevator to the main lobby of the building. There will be a sign indicating which set of elevators to take for the CITY CLUB.
