. . . So, What’s Really The Difference?
These industry buzzwords are tossed around in meetings like they were candy. But like most business jargon, do you REALLY know what each planning tools is and what the benefits are? This hands-on workshop will provide an overview of the content, function, and implementation of each tool.
Through discussions, case studies, and activities, we will help you answer the following questions:
- What’s Really The Difference?
- If You Don’t Have One, Why Start Now?
- Do you have a seat at the planning table?
No need to be embarrassed about not knowing the difference between each plan; many of your peers and supervisors don’t either. You’ll receive ready-to-use planning templates and the knowledge necessary to kick-start your planning process. After this SMPS Charlotte workshop, you will have the acumen to suggest the right plan for the right occasion and know what you’re talking about!
