As you hear more and more about the SMPS Southeastern Regional Conference, you have been thinking to yourself, “how can I get involved?”.  Well, here is your chance!  We need volunteers to help the SMPS SERC committee and the Charlotte chapter assemble conference bags, sort and bag decorations, and other misc. tasks.

Please volunteer to join us on Thursday, March 15, 2012 starting at 4:30 .  We will have pizza, drinks, and fun.  Come when you can and help as long as you can.  It is going to be a relaxed event, giving you time to chat with members and help prepare for the conference.

The cost is FREE!  So come join us – we appreciate any help!
