Join us live and in-person to learn how to use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to drive marketing results and improve customer engagement. Through hands-on exercises and real-world examples, participants will learn how to use ChatGPT and other AI models for tasks such as content creation, proposal development and research. Led by Tim Klabunde, FSMPS, CPSM, and Lillian Minix, this training will leave participants with a foundation for using AI to drive marketing results and will equip you with skills and knowledge needed to implement effective AI-based marketing strategies in your organizations.

Key Focus Areas:
1.         How to use AI language models conscientiously, technically and responsibly.
2.         Setting and following through with expectations, benefits and limitations for your team.
3.         Enhancing the AI experience: built-in tools and uses for A/E/C marketing.
