Your company’s culture is that special part of your brand that lives outside of logos, marketing materials, and other tangible cues. It is hard to see and yet it is constantly on display. It’s challenging to get everyone inside and outside of the firm to buy into your company culture, yet marketers are challenged by it every day in our industry. Join us as we discuss what culture means for employee engagement, how to create that buy in, and the benefits a strong culture can have for your firm.

Speaker Bio

Dana Galvin Lancour, FSMPS, CPSMVice President | Branding + Communications, Barton Malow Holdings
As Vice President of Branding and Communications, Dana provides creative and strategic direction to the Barton Malow Family of Companies’ brands while overseeing a talented team of marketing and communication professionals across North America. She brings a vision that inspires her team to continually strengthen Barton Malow’s brand, reputation, and unique approach to marketing Barton Malow’s services.

Dana is a certified professional services marketer (CPSM) and acquired the prestigious Fellow designation in 2013. A lifelong Michigan native and passionate promoter of the Detroit Region, Dana is a proud graduate of Leadership Detroit (Class XXXVII) and an active member of the Detroit Economic Club. Dana obtained her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing Communications and an MBA from Wayne State University.

Cancellations made 72-hours prior to the event will receive a refund. Due to our commitment with the meeting facility for food and beverage quantities, all other cancellations or no-shows will be invoiced for the full cost of the event.
