Archer Western is constructing a 15-story, cast in place, tower in the heart of Ballantyne Village in Charlotte, NC. Titled the Panorama Tower, this project includes the complete build out of a 186 key Marriott AC hotel, office, restaurant, and a super suite on level 15. In addition, 5 cast in place levels of parking structure will be vertically expanded on top of an existing, adjacent parking deck.

The Panorama Tower is a first for the Ballantyne area, providing the mixed-use offering of Class A office, hotel, restaurant, and panoramic views that span from Ballantyne County Club to Uptown Charlotte.

Jeremy Sharpenberg, Archer Western Preconstruction Director, will be guiding the site tour.  Jeremy has 23 years of experience in the A/E/C industry, 20 of which with Archer Western.  A representative list of Jeremy’s local Charlotte project experience includes Ballantyne Mixed-Use, Savoy Apartments, CDIA Air Traffic Control Tower, CDIA Airport Rental Car Facility and American Airline Renovation Work.
