This session will focus on eight key market client strategies that influence a new client during a project pursuit. Stephanie Kegley will address the development of each strategy utilized on the pursuit of the $100 million Cabarrus County Courthouse which resulted in a WIN. The session will also emphasize how strong collaboration between marketing and business development can maximize your client engagement.

Stephanie Kegley, Senior Business Development Manager
Messer Construction Co.
For 20 years, Stephanie Kegley has dedicated her career to the construction industry, developing the client-base, and managing proposal processes. An alumna of Appalachian State University, Mrs. Kegley is the Sr. Business Development Manager and Diversity Coordinator at Messer Construction Co. She has served on several boards such as the Partnership for Inclusion Employment and Career Excellence (PIECE), 2018 City of Charlotte Inclusion Survey Committee, Charlotte Chamber East Board of Directors, Associated Builders and Contractors Education Committee, and Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools Environmental Stewardship Team.
