The Lake Norman Region is and will continue to be a recreational epicenter because of Lake Norman and the 520 miles of shoreline it has. But the region also is home to many major employers including Metrolina Greenhouses, Ingersoll Rand, McGuire Nuclear Station and Davidson College. Recently there has been an Economic Boom in the Region and new employers such as Ensemble Health Partners and Southwire Company are now calling Huntersville, Davidson and Cornelius home. Our panel of experts will discuss what factors they believe are contributing to this Economic Explosion, what they need to do now and plan for in the future to ensure it continues, what they foresee is coming down the pipeline and how local and surrounding AEC firms can be part of the growth.
