Join our industry experts as they share their experiences of successes and challenges in the development and construction of two high-profile P3 projects in Charlotte, The Metropolitan and First Ward Park and how P3 projects are helping to shape UNC Charlotte at both the Main Campus and Center City.

Our panel will discuss the contributing factors that led to the decision of choosing to go with P3 for these projects, what effects, if any, it had on the project schedules, budgets and overall completion of them.  They will also share their outlook on the future of P3s in the marketplace and whether Charlotte’s infrastructure, AEC communities and economy can support this upswing.
