Workplace trends are industry developments – based on research, innovation and user feedback – that lead to the changes you see in your place of employment. From lighting selection to carving “third places” out of building common areas, these changes can significantly impact the feel and function of a workplace and, in turn, how that office space is marketed to prospective tenants.
Join our panel of experts as they discuss Charlotte’s new workplace trends and their influence on the kinds of office space that new and existing businesses want, employees’ expectations for their office environment, and how workplace design affects employee productivity and even retention.
