Meet our speaker, Tom Cooper. Tom started his career as a computer science geek who fell into project management for a couple of decades leading software and technology initiatives in companies from startups to Fortune 500 companies. Today Tom is a speaker, trainer and coach helping clients become more effective at influencing others.  

As the father of 7 kids, Tom has had lots of opportunity to fail at communications, and is learning more every day about how to begin to really connect with others. Today he's going to lead us through an interactive discussion he calls "Everyone Communicates, Few Connect "
