Join SMPS Charlotte as Philip Jones, PE, Associate Vice Chancellor for Facilities from UNC Charlotte, provides an overview of construction on the campus, delivery methods used, and what the University looks for in vendors / designers / contractors. There will be a Q & A session at the end of the program.

Our luncheon will be held at the Charlotte City Club from 11:30 to 1:30. Please allow yourself plenty of time to get from the parking deck to the 31st floor of the building. Lunch will be a buffet and will begin promptly at 12:00 PM.  Parking and venue information is listed below.

Parking Instructions:
*Please bring your parking deck ticket up to the Charlotte City Club for validation.*
If you use google maps, enter 116 West 4th Street as your destination.  The entry to the deck is directly behind the First Citizens Building along 4th Street.  If you are traveling along 4th, after crossing over Tryon Street, continue half a block and directly behind the First Citizens Building, take a right into alleyway under overhead walkway. There is a large black sign indicating 121 West Trade and City Club Parking. Follow the signs into the parking deck and park in a Charlotte City Club parking space. After parking, take the elevator to the main lobby of the building. There will be a sign indicating which set of elevators to take for the CITY CLUB. Press LC indicating LOWER CLUB AREA, which is on the 31st floor.
